At Homecomforts, we have a specialist contract flooring department that have vast experience in the commercial flooring industry.

We currently work for a number of major house builders, local building contractors, local authorities, schools, colleges, letting agencies, hospitals, hotels and nursing homes

We supply and install safety flooring, all types of carpet, carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, smooth vinyl, sports flooring and linoleum along with all accessories associated with floor coverings. We also have specialist knowledge of all sub floor preparation, from applying straight forward smoothing compounds to more involved processes such as scabbling, pre-smoothing and applications of damp proof membranes.

Should you require us to price any commercial work for you, we can do this with site visits, scaling from drawings or pricing bills of quantities. Our experience of working on sites, be it new build or efurbishment, sensitive areas and/or areas that are occupied means that we can provide sound advice and accurate installation costs for your floor finishes.
